CARE AND ASSISTANCE
At the subshape Foundation, we aim to inform, inspire and support people in an approachable, accessible way and without value judgement. However, the subshape Foundation is not an organisation that offers psychological assistance and is therefore not a substitute for psychological and/or medical assistance.
The subshape Foundation collaborates with various stakeholders, including healthcare and art professionals (hereinafter referred to as “author(s)”). These author(s) have an advisory and creative role within the subshape Foundation. They create content for you and publish it on the subshape Foundation’s website, www.subshape.nl (hereinafter referred to as “the subshape website”), and the Foundation’s social media channels to increase the accessibility of information about care and well-being. This includes texts, visual content and audio (such as music).
The responsibility for seeking help always lies with the visitor(s) themselves. You are responsible for the choices you make and the subshape Foundation believes that this should remain so. Know that you are not alone and that help is at hand.
